By booking any Alpine Himalayas package or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice until confirmed in writing.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 80% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to thealpinehimalayas@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, extreme weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date offered.
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions before booking. Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel insurance and necessary permits. Alpine Himalayas is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow guide instructions or safety guidelines.
Alpine Himalayas' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure, government actions, natural disasters, or personal negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttarakhand, India.
