All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to thealpinehimalayas@gmail.com. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your written request.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Permit fees, visa fees, and third-party bookings (flights, helicopter, specific hotel pre-payments) are non-refundable once paid.
If we cancel your tour due to safety concerns, extreme weather, or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Clients who fail to show up on the departure date without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with less than 7 days notice — no refund applies.
